Reports to: Project Manager
To assist with the merchandising and remerchandising of products, displays, and fixtures under the direction of the Project Manager. To perform resets as instructed under the direction of designated personnel.
  1. Study and familiarize blueprints, assembly instructions, and item specifications.
  2. Lays out materials in such a manner as to expedite installation.
  3. Maintain the proper tool(s) to complete the scope of work.
  4. Prepares area for safe installation.
  1. Maintain up to date and accurate time sheet/expense report to be submitted on time each week.
  2. Coordinates with Project Manager for fixture installation implementation.
  3. Coordinates with Project Manager for tracking of missing or broken items.
  4. Coordinates walk-through with Project Manager to ensure installation completion.
  5. Coordinates with Project Manager to ensure on time arrival for each project.
  1. Ensures Resource Plus, Inc. policies and procedures are adhered to.
  2. Ensures all displays are installed correctly.
  3. Ensures all deadlines within the job are completed.
  4. Represents Resource Plus, Inc. in a highly professional manner.
  5. Adheres to all Resource Plus, Inc. uniform requirements.
  1. Maintains safe and neat work area.
  2. Maintains high quality of customer service.   
  1. Maintains reliable transportation with valid insurance and valid driver’s license.
  2. Reports to work on time each day.
  3. Reports to work in proper attire each day.
