Member Service Representative - peak time / Orange City

24 Hours per week: Friday, Saturday, Monday. (Will work every Saturday at the Orange City location). Must be able to attend a 4 week/full-time training program. 

Must have thorough knowledge of consumer loan processing; policies, procedures, interest rates, computation, disclosure, and able to secure necessary credit reports/ratings. Responsible for providing good customer service to all members, with knowledge in the area of miscellaneous member services re: ATM/check card applications, research, card encoding, safe-deposit box, maintaining closed accounts, etc. Must demonstrate good judgment, display a cooperative and positive attitude when interacting with both members and fellow employees, present a professional appearance at all times, able to work in a fast paced, multitask environment, must be flexible and a strong team player.

 

Qualifications:

Must have strong customer service skills and sales abilities. High school diploma or GED, and 1 to 2 years related experience within the financial industry--customer/member service environment.
