We currently have one 12-month contract opening for a 
Yard Administrator in Woodstock, ON  


Key operational accountabilities include:

·         Provides drivers with information about points of pick-up/drop-off such as facility/door locations, standard yard operations and window times

·         Act as the first line of contact for drivers supporting routine reporting requirements regarding freight status

·         Ensures timely data entry of applicable information into transportation management systems

·         Monitors route status and escalates concerns

·         Manages and issues yard tracking equipment and tags

·         Interacts and provides information to third party resources (vendors, suppliers, ect) to ensure efficient routine route management

·         Performs various administrative tasks in support of Yard Operations, including data entry into Transfreight’s yard management system, production/distribution of daily KPI’s; and other assigned tasks


Successful candidates will possess:

·    Strong written and verbal communication skills

·      Exceptional administrative and organizational skills

·      Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook

·      High School diploma/GED and work experience in a related field

·      Previous experience in Transportation/Third Party Logistics discipline, preferred
