The incumbent in this position is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of operational responsibilities for document imaging and workflow process identification and development.  Incumbent will provide support for the planning and documenting of business processes/initiatives and/or changes for the OnBase application.  Resources to do this job require reliance on knowledge of Credit Union polices and procedures as well as overall business processes. General Supervision is received from the Project Manager-Operational Support & Strategy Implementation.    

Document Imaging: 

  • Responsible for scanning, indexing and modifying confidential employee and member documents using the Credit Union’s imaging system.
  • Responsible for meeting with department representatives to determine all security rights and index requirements for new applications/documents to be added.   
  • Responsible for assisting in workflow management including the quality control of required documents.
  • Responsible for verifying the accuracy of every remote branch check before it enters Application Xtender and/or OnBase.
  • Learn and retain full knowledge of the operations on the Imaging System in order to be a training resource for all internal users.

Workflow Coordination:

  • Support the timely and efficient use of the OnBase System.
  • Responsible for meeting with business partners/departments to review and to re-engineer processes that can be automated via workflow
  • As identified, partner with credit union departments to develop and document workflow processes in the OnBase System.
  • Provide work guidance and assistance for users of the OnBase system.
  • Work with and maintain partnership with Vendor to ensure business objectives are being met. 

Completion of a Bachelor’s degree and minimum three years credit union or financial institution business experience; or an equivalent combination training and experienceConsiderable knowledge of credit union business processes and procedures.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills.  Comfortable working in fast-paced environment.  Capable of managing multiple tasks involving occasional time constraints.
