Currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Generalist to assist HR department with growing organization in South Seattle.

The Human Resources Generalist will work in collaboration with the Human Resources Director to oversee day to day human resources activities;  benefits administration, HRIS maintenance and reporting, compliance reporting, recruiting, on-boarding, workers compensation/safety, and rewards & recognition.

Seeking Candidates with the following Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
Minimum of 3 + years experience in Human Resources as generalist
Experience with an HRIS system, ADP preferred
Comprehensive knowledge and experience in multidisciplinary functions of HR
Thorough knowledge of Federal and State employment law
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills
Able to exercise effective judgment, sensitivity, creativity to changing needs and situations
