TechTarget is searching for an Office Administrator/Receptionist in our new state-of the-art Newton office who will be responsible for the following:

•    Provide telephone coverage at all times and coordinate coverage with back-up;
•    Greet and direct visitors/deliveries;
•    Perform day-to-day administrative tasks (e.g. faxing, photocopying, mail distribution data entry, ordering and maintaining supplies);
•    Provide general office maintenance including restocking supplies, conference room management and general kitchen and mailroom organization
•    Various other duties as assigned.

Knowledge, skills and abilities required:

•    Bachelor's degree;
•    Customer Service Orientation;
•    Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal;
•    Must be well organized, systems oriented and have a strong attention to detail;
•    Consistency and Reliability;
•    Ability to work independently and as a team member;
•    Ability to plan effectively to meet deadlines;

•    Enthusiasm; and
