Helen of Troy, designer, developer and worldwide marketer of brand name personal care and household consumer products has an immediate opening for a MS Business Analyst.
Provides solutions and fixes to the issues reported by warehouse business users. Engages in business case development, process transformation, changes management, and technology initiatives. Tracks and analyzes the business process and makes appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the company.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Reviews, analyzes, and provides solutions and fixes to the issues reported by warehouse business users.
Tests applications and process enhancements, upgrades, and new solutions.
Provides techno-functional support for ORACLE inventory and logistics, i.e., logging, tracking, and escalating issues in accordance with procedures
Works with ORACLE to resolve service requests and implement the solution internally. Performs other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION OR EQUIVALENT REQUIRED
Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in related profession/field.
Requires 4-20 years of experience.
Experience Details: Experience in different modules of ORACLE applications.
