VIST Management Services has a career opportunity for a Customer Service Representative at the Bala Cynwyd Branch.

General Responsibilities: Responsible for working as an active member of the office sales/service team; completing the documentation and performing point-of-sale processing on all types of new deposit accounts; providing customers with direct service, as appropriate; taking advantage of selling and cross-selling opportunities; communicating with office manager on factors affecting the sales/service functions; providing required information on sales and service activities.

Required Education, Training, Experience: A high school diploma or equivalent with a demonstrated ability in customer service. College degree preferred. Proficient reading, writing, grammar, and mathematics skills; moderate typing skills; proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills; a comprehensive knowledge of all bank forms and documents used in opening new accounts; a working knowledge of bank consumer products and services, along with the operating policies and procedures that impact these products; moderate computer knowledge; ability to lift approximately ten (10) pounds of coin; proficient hand-eye coordination; visual and auditory skills. Minimum one (1) year experience in related banking positions.
