• Act as Scheduling Office receptionist, accept and track schedule requests, create reports.
• Maintain accuracy of daily schedules and updates; post same.
• Create and proof printed concert programs.
• Notify TMC faculty regarding schedule updates and other events as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Applicant must possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills, as well as outstanding attention to detail. Essential personal qualifications include ability to establish and maintain confidence among staff, Fellows, and faculty. Must be able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Must be able to work well as a member of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Basic computer proficiency, 1-2 years relevant experience required.

Driver's license and car required. Housing is provided as needed for full-time employment period in the Berkshires.

Dates: June 17- August 21, 2014
May be required to perform pre-season work in April- May in Boston, MA.
