RESPONSIBLITIES:

Appointment setting
- Identify homes that have a clear and definite need for windows and/or siding
- Speak and deliver presentation to homeowners only
- Secure as many quality appointments during each shift
- Must adhere to American Exteriors Do Not Call Policy at all times
Meet established appointment setting targets / standards
Attend department meetings on time
Attend and participate in trainings and educational programs in connection with professional development, on-the-job training, and employee orientation

REQUIREMENTS:
Must pass a criminal background check
Sales / telemarketing experience
Typing 20 wpm
Phone sales ability
Computer literate
Strong negotiating skills and capacity and/or ability to learn
Strong verbal communication skills
Strong listening skills
Ability to maintain positive attitude at all times
