Summary:
  • Responsible for providing four diamond service to all guests by delivering prompt, efficient and courteous service.
  • Properly handles guest checks according to established cash handling procedures.
  • Constant cleaning of assigned station and work area.
  • Reading and abiding by the Beverage manual.
  • Arrange tables, chairs, lamps, and ashtrays for opening.
  • Check guests already seated for service.
  • Ring all orders on guest checks before ordering from bartender.
  • Serve beverages and hors doeuvres to guests as needed.
  • Constant checking of guests for repeat orders.
  • Other duties as needed.
  • The qualified candidate will have a knowledge of mixed drinks.
  • Previous related experience is an asset, but not required.
