Innovative organization is seeking a friendly, dynamic individual to join our Customer Service team in a non-sales capacity.

Customer Service Representative Trainee will work as part of a top-notch team in receiving and resolving customer service calls from insurance agents, claimants, policyholders, etc.

Required Education/Experience: Candidates should have prior customer service experience and excellent communication skills. Strong computer literacy is a must.

Bilingual candidates are preferred. Language differential paid for individuals with fluent bilingual capabilities. All languages!

Must be willing and available to work 9:30am to 6:00pm shift, Monday thru Friday.
