We are currently looking to hire a Senior Media Planner in our Digital Department/LA Office. This role works in conjunction with the Brand Strategy team to develop digital strategies and media buys that achieve client objectives. Senior Media Planners show independence in planning while acting as a leader, providing guidance to Jr. Planners and Planners:

Responsibilities:
- Manage workload and client initiatives both up (to Supervisor and AMD) and down (to Planner & Jr. Planner)
- Develop strong and effective media plans based on sound strategies and research
- Cross check plans and all supporting documents (spec/TI sheets, IOs, billing docs)
- Supervise insertion order process and ensure adherence to terms and conditions
- Work with creative agency on ad development to ensure media and creative strategies work in harmony
- Work with Account team to ensure plans are on strategy and meet client objectives
- Confidently present clients and listen/adapt based on feedback
- Make optimization recommendations based on reports provided by Campaign Management team
- Provide analysis on media delivery, performance, trends and future implications in PCAs
- Manage client relationships
- Seek new trends and opportunities within the industry; develop POVs to share with clients and media team
- Partake in group brainstorming sessions with the intention of bringing great ideas to life
- Represent agency at industry conferences and events
- Develop Case Studies for internal and new business use (2x per year)

Qualifications/Skills:
- BA/BS required
- Required planning experience: 3 - 5 years
