Position Title: MEPS Project Manager 
Department : Operations
Reports To: Senior Project Manager 

General Responsibilities

  • Supervision of MEPS field staff and subcontractors
  • Maintain logs, letters, event logs, including: potential change initiatives, change order requests, sub contractor’s authorization letters, etc.

  • Conduct / participate in weekly foreman, project manager, team meeting, etc.

  • Maintain contract documents and specifications, sketches, shop drawings, submittals, to assure that all team members are working off the same drawings

  • Review all change orders, requisitions, bulletins change orders, etc, for compliance to contract documents for cost and validity

  • Follow up on deliveries, installation, and materials
  • Assist in preparation of reports; including but not limited to:

    • Work in place
    • Monthly Status Reports
    • EEO Reporting
    • Outstanding shop Drawings / RFI’s, etc.
    • Scheduling
    • Closeout / Commission
  • Customer Satisfaction per Hunter Roberts Construction Group values

Minimum requirements

Educational and experience requirements include: 4 year engineering degree or equivalent, plus at least five years’ experience/knowledge in construction management. Thorough understanding of industry practices, processes, standards, etc and their impact on project activities is vital. Prior experience with construction management of Life Sciences and Laboratories is required.

LEED, OSHA 10/30/40, ASHE applicants preferred.

Must be currently authorized to work in the United States.
