We are currently looking to hire a Media Planning Supervisor in our Brand Strategy Department/Los Angeles office. This position reports to a Director of Brand Strategy.
As part of our Brand Strategy Department you will be performing various job responsibilities including, but not limited to:
·Oversees development of media strategies and recommends targeted, innovative media solutions consistent with brand marketing and media objectives
·Ensures a clear understanding of the Brand’s target audience in both media planning and buying terms
·Prepares and makes presentations to clients regarding media recommendations, ensuring buy-in
·Ability to problem solve individually and collaborate with brand teammates
·Direct andoversee requests and communication to internal activation groups (Broadcast, OOH, Digital) and to external media vendors
·Develop and implement processes for the management of strategic and tactical execution of all media plans
·Strong overall knowledge of client’s business, competitive category & industry trends
·Ability to understand/interpret media research/math analytics and consumer trends
·Motivates Planners and Assistants, directing their work activities and overseeing training and development
·Significant client contact requiring ability to manage multiple client decision-makers
·Keep Brand Group Manager abreast of overall workflow, status, due dates

Required Experience:
·College degree
·5+ years media planning experience
·Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
