Corporate Partnerships Department - Internship

The BSO Corporate Partnerships team is seeking a student with an interest in arts administration, music business, non-profit fundraising, or marketing for a semester-long internship.  The position begins during the first or second week of the semester (Spring, Summer, or Fall) and requires a commitment of eight to twelve hours a week, including occasional evening assignments.  Applicants should have a strong attention to detail, possess organizational skills, and have the ability to multi-task.

-  Organize promotional and print advertising collateral for annual sponsorship recap binders

-  Assist with prospect research projects

-  Update and organize department archives including program books, brochures and newsletters

-  Participate in the preparation of sponsor-related events

-  Organize and execute mass-mailing projects


-  College credit mandatory

-  Familiarity with Windows software (Excel, Word) a plus
